Mud Recovery Project:

Wash water was being used for potato cleaning. The potato’s arrived at the factory direct from the farm and frequently carried a significant amount of mud with them. The existing system relied on mud settlement with tanker removal several times per week. The objective was to remove the mud utilising a filter press and feed into containers that could easily transported with the mud returned to the land.
